Tunisia: Adoption of three articles of the draft law on exceptional recruitments in the civil service

The Constituent National Assembly unanimously adopted on Thursday, June 14, 2012, the first three articles of the draft law relating to the exceptional provisions for recruitment in the civil service.
The first three articles of the draft law concern, in particular, recruitment measures by application and external competitions in the civil service.
The government announced in its action program the creation of 25,000 jobs. The draft law also provides for the direct recruitment of relatives of martyrs and injured of the revolution.
A list of beneficiaries will be drawn up by the relevant structures. The constituents will continue the debate on Friday on this draft law composed of eight articles.
