Join a major player in the Metallurgy / Iron and Steel sector in El Jadida as a Service Advisor. This is a unique opportunity to use your skills within a company known for its dynamism and expertise. You will play a key role in supporting our clients, ensuring proximity service, and effectively managing claims.

Your role will be to guarantee customer satisfaction through rigorous claims management and expert advice. You will actively contribute to the optimization of insurance management processes and the loyalty of our clientele, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and providing personalized advice to clients regarding their insurance policies.
• Receiving, analyzing, and processing claims declarations within the given deadlines.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders (experts, repairers, insurers) for a quick and effective resolution of cases.
• Verifying the conformity of guarantees and insurance policy conditions.
• Administrative management of claims files and updating information systems.
• Proactive follow-up of case progress and regular communication with clients on the status.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of services offered.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a 2-year degree (Bac +2) is required, ideally in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service or Professional Insurance.

Professional experience ranging from 1 to 5 years is sought. This background will enable you to quickly grasp the challenges of the position and bring real added value from your integration.

We are looking for a person with excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities. Your skills in organization, thoroughness, and stress management will be major assets. Good command of computer tools and case management techniques is essential. Knowledge of the metallurgy/iron and steel sector would be a plus.
