    fonctions et responsabilités - rédaction, mise en page, révision et correction des : o ententes-cadres o contrats o annexes a à d o amendements o conditions spéciales o tableau de négociations (participer aux réunions de négociations et mettre à jour le tableau) o flowdowns o conditions spéciales - rédaction des ententes de confidentialité et des confirmations de mandats, étapes devant être entamées urgemment puisque précédant les arrivées en poste des sous-traitants. - rédaction des procédures, et leurs mises à jour - mise à jour des gabarits de contrats suite aux : o changements au niveau : des lois canadiennes du cgi management framework de la « politique en matière de sécurité et d’utilisation acceptable », politique revue annuellement par cgi (annexe b des contrats de sous-traitance) etc. - classement méthodique des taches et du sharepoint. tous les documents, procédés, actions entreprises, courriels, doivent y être répertoriés et sécurisés, puisque servant de référence et de tremplin lors des audits internes et externes. - lors des arrivées en poste : récupérer et valider les certificats d’assurance requis comme stipulé dans les contrats de sous-traitance : o assurance de responsabilité civile générale commerciale, o assurance erreurs et omissions professionnelles et, o tout autre assurance requise par le client, ex. : cybersécurité. récupérer auprès des firmes ou des sous-traitants les renouvellements des assurances.
