Employer Branding: How Important Is It?

 In today's digital age, a company must cultivate its reputation and make itself attractive to retain and recruit top talent. Salary alone is no longer enough to ensure a good image; candidates are looking for more transparency, interactivity, and originality, hence the importance of cultivating your employer brand.

What impact does employer branding have internally and externally? What are the results? We tried to answer this question through this new survey, conducted with a sample of people in employment and looking for a job.


1. The results of a well-cultivated employer image.

The survey showed that over 80% of respondents believe that a good employer image has a significant, even very significant, impact on company performance and talent retention.

People currently employed are proud to belong to the company they currently work for; 36% are spontaneously ready to recommend their company to others. That said, this figure needs to be improved.
The study also shows that information research has become systematic: 85% of employees often or always look for information before applying for a job. The primary source of information used is the search engine, with a percentage of 88%.

The survey was conducted with 2031 Moroccans, mostly young people aged 25-34 (48%), with a Bac+3 level and above (72%).
