Employer Branding: How Important Is It?

What impact does employer branding have internally and externally? What are the results? We tried to answer this question through this new survey, conducted with a sample of people in employment and looking for a job.
1. The results of a well-cultivated employer image.
The survey showed that over 80% of respondents believe that a good employer image has a significant, even very significant, impact on company performance and talent retention.
People currently employed are proud to belong to the company they currently work for; 36% are spontaneously ready to recommend their company to others. That said, this figure needs to be improved.
The study also shows that information research has become systematic: 85% of employees often or always look for information before applying for a job. The primary source of information used is the search engine, with a percentage of 88%.
The survey was conducted with 2031 Moroccans, mostly young people aged 25-34 (48%), with a Bac+3 level and above (72%).
