7% of employees resign spontaneously.

Fewer and fewer workers are resigning on their own. In 2011, 11% took the initiative to leave their employer of their own accord. In 2013, it was 13%. These results come from a survey published by the HR service provider Securex.

This describes the decrease in mobility and the insecurity prevailing in the job market. "Employees are taking fewer and fewer risks and are staying in their positions much longer than before." The future does not look any better, given that employees consider their chances of getting an identical or superior job minimal.

Dismissal

On the other hand, what is increasing is the number of dismissals by employers. Indeed, one young worker in five was laid off last year.
