When the recruiter posts an ad on our site, they end up with hundreds of CVs and they obviously can't open them all. So, thanks to the filtering tools we make available to them, they launch searches by criteria or keywords performed on your ReKrute CV and not on your attachments!
It is also essential to always keep your ReKrute CV up to date. Regularly updating your CV will allow it to be moved to the top of the recruiter's search list, and especially for the recruiter to have access to these changes in real time. Everything is automatically taken up and distributed to recruiters!
2. Submit your CV to the CV library
Don't forget to also make your CV visible in the CV library! The CV Library is a database grouping together the CVs of ReKrute candidates who wish to make their CV visible to any recruiter who is "hunting". Recruiters have access to the CV Library and can directly select the profiles that interest them.
By registering your CV in the CV library now, you are sure to be visible to the 2500 companies (Multinationals, SMEs and recruitment firms) that already use our services. You thus increase your chances of being headhunted by recruiters!
To make your CV visible in the ReKrute CV library, simply check the box "I want my ReKrute CV to be available to recruiters in the ReKrute CV library" in your "My ReKrute CV" area.
Once your ReKrute CV is ready, complete your ReKrute.com profile with your attachments (Word CV and cover letter).
