ALM - Performance and happiness at work: two inseparable levers

In a context where employee well-being is becoming a key factor for competitiveness, ReKrute is partnering with the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEMaroc) (CFCIM) to bring together executives and HR experts around a major theme: "Performance and happiness at work". When happiness at work meets collective performance

The event, organized in a spirit of sharing and commitment, highlighted the central role that employee well-being plays in building sustainable momentum. It was recalled that "to make a company successful, employees must first thrive, feel fully engaged, and be recognized".

Throughout the presentations, several key ideas emerged:

  • Happiness at work is not just an extra: it is becoming a factor for retention, engagement, and attractiveness.

  • Performance is no longer measured solely by financial or productive results, but also by the quality of the work environment, the meaning given to tasks, and the recognition of talents.

  • Organizations must rethink their management and collaboration methods to make employee fulfillment a strategic priority.

 

The role of ReKrute and the "Love My Job" label

The opportunity was also taken to discuss the launch of the LoveMyJob label, supported by ReKrute. This unique label aims to identify companies where employees love their jobs, feel proud to belong to the organization, and find daily pleasure in their work.
Because, as this morning illustrated, sustainable performance relies on people, on the ability to create environments where everyone can reveal their potential.
