According to Leila Fadil, HR development Manager, "From their first day, the MDPA "Trainees" will benefit from direct contact with professionals in the field for theoretical and practical learning". This development program will prioritize versatility and the "On-the-Job training" approach. Indeed, the MDPA "Trainees", thanks to a rotation system, will discover all the company's departments where they will be confronted with the realities and daily challenges of the working world. Throughout the eight months of the program, the "Trainees" will benefit from the supervision of a "Mentor" responsible for ensuring their coaching and supporting their learning. "The MDPA is a dynamic and continuous approach to development not directly linked to the current need to fill a position. The MDPA is a springboard that will allow the "Trainees" to give a significant boost to their careers, both within the A.P. Moller - Maersk group and elsewhere in another field of activity", affirms Assid Houbane, Human Resources Director at APM Terminals Tangier. "This program is part of APM Terminals Tangier's ongoing efforts to distinguish itself as a "Learning and skills exporting" company", recalls Hartmut Goeritz, General Manager of APM Terminals Tangier. Following this positive experience, a second class will be launched very soon.
