The Ministry of Professional Training and Employment issued a warning in a press release published Wednesday against unlicensed private employment agencies, including notably "Brothers for Administrative Consulting and Human Resources" located in Tunis.
The press release adds that those in charge of this agency mislead job seekers into believing they can find them jobs abroad, especially in the Gulf countries, in exchange for significant sums of money.
The press release informs the public that the law prohibits employment agencies from charging job seekers any amount of money for any reason. The Ministry emphasizes that the list of recruitment agencies that have authorization is available on the department's website.
