Purchasing and Procurement Manager

Mission : Ensure the purchasing and availability of equipment for the company's various departments, optimizing the quality/cost/time ratio.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, collect and validate needs from departments or services,
- Launch calls for tender, study proposals and select the best ones in compliance with the standards in force in the company and/or group,
- Control the delivery and routing of equipment, coordinate with accounts payable,
- Ensure compliance with contractual clauses,
- Carry out regular supplier audits,
- Monitor and renew the supplier portfolio according to market trends and company requirements.
Profile : Varied, including engineering profiles (particularly for industry) and business school graduates. There are also purchasing training courses, very popular in the field. However, experience, knowledge of the sector of activity and possession of a suitable supplier portfolio remain major assets.
Qualities : Rigor, discernment and negotiating skills. Also good interpersonal skills.
Remuneration : Depending on the environment (generally quite structured for this profession) and the profile (junior or senior), the Purchasing & Procurement Manager receives between 12,000 and 22,000 net dhs per month, excluding variables and/or benefits.
