1. What are the foundations of your company values?

2. How do your teams embody the vision and values on a daily basis?

Our teams don't just recite IKEA values — they live them.

They translate into a smile towards a customer, a gesture of mutual help between colleagues, or an idea shared freely, without fear of being judged.

We work in a culture that values autonomy, trust and the right to learn, even through mistakes.

Every employee has a role to play in achieving our vision. Everyone is encouraged to suggest, to take initiatives, to dare — regardless of their position.
