A global player in information technology and management consulting, CGI announces the completion of the acquisition of Apside, a recognized French leader in digital and engineering services.
Present in France, Morocco, Belgium, Canada, Portugal, and Switzerland, Apside is known for its expertise in the industrial, financial, insurance, and public service sectors, as well as for its mastery of advanced technologies such as data, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Thanks to this acquisition, CGI consolidates its position in France, Europe, and Morocco, thereby strengthening its skills in the manufacturing and financial services sectors. More than 2,500 professionals, including 2,200 based in France, are now joining CGI's teams.
