Our training programs focus on a high-value technical job, both at hiring and in continuing education. We are a young company, and our continuous improvement dynamic helps our employees grow, and we grow with them.

Our measure? Satisfaction surveys conducted after each training program ends, and once a year for all staff. Our 2024 ENPS score is 49 with a participation rate of 91% (450 employees). We congratulate ourselves on this!
