Guide to Multidiffusing Your Job Offers on ReKrute from Teamtailor
To post a job offer on ReKrute.com, ExeKutive.biz, or Enkontact.com, it's important to split your ad into 2 separate parts. Each part must have a required title followed by the corresponding text, written clearly. This title will not appear in the ad itself because it's the heading for the paragraph in all ads.
- Job Offered ("Job Offered" or "Job Description"): after this title, describe the tasks, duties, goals, and context of the job.
- Profile Wanted ("Profile Wanted" or "Candidate Profile"): after this title, specify the skills, experience, education, and qualities needed for the ideal candidate, as well as any information about the hiring process.
The company description will be the default description you saved on the ReKrute platform.
Next, fill in all the specific required fields in the form when posting on the Teamtailor platform, such as contract type, experience level, job function, industry, language, country and region of the job, offered salary, country where the ad will be visible, etc.
Note: If these fields are not filled in, the automatic multidiffusion will not work... Please be careful!
