Your work has been noticed and thanks to your networking skills, you have been promoted to manager, congratulations! And here, things can get complicated from a relational point of view with your former colleagues, now your collaborators

All information, all decisions must go down to the base to give meaning to the action.

He is passionate about everything related to learning and personal development.
