Moroccan sales representatives are happy and fulfilled in their work (86%), but also suffer from stress (82%). Despite the daily stress related to objectives, sales representatives are nonetheless happy to face the challenges associated with this profession and to surpass themselves in the field.

What are the factors in choosing a sales career?

The sales representatives surveyed chose this profession mainly for customer contact and orientation (22%), career development opportunities (16%), and the pleasure of being in the field (15%). Once again, remuneration is found in the last places. Pecuniary factors have given way to other elements.
