“Above all, we are looking for multilingual profiles who are comfortable with digital environments and capable of managing high value-added customer interactions. The most difficult talents to attract are those who combine language mastery, technical skills - data, automation, IT - and a strong customer focus.
As experts in emerging technologies are still rare in the Moroccan market, we invest heavily in internal training by developing real learning “factories”, whether it concerns languages, B2B sales, or IT.”

“AI is transforming our recruitment by processing an increasing volume of CVs with ultra-precision, and by accelerating the demand for hybrid skills: mastery of technologies, analytical ability, and emotional intelligence. Jobs are evolving, but the human element remains at the heart of the process.
