Conference: "Personal Branding and Collective Intelligence Management"
Pitch
On the one hand, the term Personal Branding appeared in 1997 in the United States and more recently in Europe. However, with the accelerated development of Web 2.0 and the possibility for everyone to intervene widely on the Internet, thus leaving hundreds of searchable traces, this notion has become central. On the other hand, and according to Olivier Zara, the performance of companies in an information society is to know how to mobilize the collective intelligence and knowledge of its stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers, etc.). This conference attempts to link two fundamental notions of current management: Personal Branding and Collective Intelligence.
