Transparency and Competence in Recruitment Processes
During a conference, the Minister of Professional Training and Employment, Said El Aidi, called for transparency in employment operations while taking into account both competence and regions, "left behind under the old regime."
Mr. El Aidi explained that, from now on, "the years since obtaining the diploma and social conditions will be taken into account in recruitment competitions in the public sector," reports the TAP.
The minister advocates for a strengthening, at the national level, of efforts in the matter of employment opportunities, but also for the promotion of the placement of Tunisian skills internationally, based on the relations uniting Tunisia with other countries...
Moreover, the urgent measures and programs to promote employment, announced during last Tuesday's Council of Ministers, aim to support job seekers to ensure their effective integration into professional life, he indicated.
Furthermore, Mr. El Aidi stressed that the services of his department and those of Education are currently reviewing the formula of the aptitude test for secondary school teaching (CAPES) taking into account the candidate's age and the seniority of their diploma.
