ENCG Agadir organizes the 4th edition of JSR
The National School of Commerce and Management of Agadir (ENCG) is organizing, for its twelfth graduating class, and in close collaboration with the Regional Observatory of Business Professions, the 4th edition of the "Recruitment Simulation Day" on March 13 and 14, 2009, on the school premises, under the theme "Citizen Graduates, Managers of Excellence."
What is JSR?
JSR is a space for communication and exchange between fourth-year students of ENCG Agadir and companies and recruitment firms to facilitate the integration of young graduates into the professional world, improve their brand image, and allow them to distinguish themselves from graduates of other business schools in Morocco.
Thus, the last three editions of JSR have been very successful, given the results achieved in integrating a large number of graduates into the professional world, the presence and participation of prestigious personalities, and the intervention of government representatives who greatly contributed to the success of JSR, notably the Minister of Employment and Professional Training: Mr. Jamal Aghmani.
The challenge of JSR 2009 has already been launched. A lot of effort has been deployed by the organizing and steering committee, made up of students from the 12th graduating class, demonstrating rigor, seriousness, and perseverance, supervised by Dr. Abdallah ABIL, a teacher-researcher at the National School of Commerce and Management, to make this day a significant event at both the regional and national levels.
JSR: What are the benefits?
Involvement in JSR is a major asset for the success of this event, involving private and public actors with high potential. JSR allows participating companies to better understand the human potential of the best future graduates (future managers and company leaders) while saving recruitment costs.
Furthermore, this day will allow future graduates to learn about and use the recommended recruitment methods and assess their potential.
Finally, the third and most important benefit is what this day will bring to the National School of Commerce and Management of Agadir, which will benefit from significant publicity at both the national and international levels.
Recruitment by simulation: What are the advantages?
Recruitment by simulation allows graduates, on the one hand, to self-assess, identify their strengths to maintain and weaknesses to improve, and to gain a rewarding and beneficial experience.
On the other hand, it allows companies to highlight the individuals' potential for success in a future job, to combat over-selectivity in the job market, to broaden recruitment criteria while maintaining the company's level of expectation, and to evaluate different candidates on the same measurable criteria focused on the job.
The evolution of human resource management, with the development of tools and techniques used in the recruitment process, has profoundly transformed the way people recruit and are recruited. Thus, recruitment becomes a crucial act, both for companies and for young graduates, which requires rigorous supervision by the Ministry of National Education.
