In a world where the fluidity of information has become essential, it is now more than ever necessary to have an entity dedicated to the communications function.
Mission: Define and deploy the company's communication strategy.
Objectives: Strengthen the company's identity, promote its image, provide information in critical situations in order to preserve the company's reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Define the company's overall communication strategy,
- Develop and optimize the communication budget,
- Build and manage an effective and coherent communication plan throughout the year,
- Plan and implement communication actions (institutional and event communication, public relations and press relations) for the company and the development of its reputation: management of sponsorship projects, implementation and optimization of public relations and press relations, production of communication documents (press releases, internal newspaper, intranet site, etc.), organization of events,
- Design, develop and disseminate advertising messages, monitor the impact of the campaigns carried out,
- Select communication media and partners according to the target audience,
- Manage relationships with partners: press and communication agencies,
- Adapt and modify the communication plan according to the company's new strategic orientations,
- Recruit, supervise and coach the communication team, monitor its achievements,
- Involve the various managers in communication plans.
Profile
Higher education specializing in marketing and communication, business school or university (DESA or DESS in communication).
With solid experience in communication and its professions, a portfolio of media contacts, a portfolio of service providers:
- events, public relations
- experience in managing projects in institutional, operational and public communication,
Skills: excellent interpersonal and writing skills, understanding of communication issues, leadership.
Required qualities: autonomy, rigor, sense of public relations, responsiveness, adaptability and availability.
Remuneration: the range is on average between 20,000 and 30,000 net dirhams.
