1. Do you expect job growth in your sector in the coming year, and why?
DXC in Morocco, a Joint Venture with CDG, anticipates job growth in its sector over the next two years, driven by several strong trends.
Over the past 12 months, we have seen several hundred hires, mainly linked to the increased needs of our local & international clients in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, and high-expertise support, stemming from key sectors such as the public sector, finance, and industry.
Furthermore, the development of our AI Center of Excellence directly contributes to the creation of new jobs in data, artificial intelligence, and consulting, thereby strengthening the attractiveness and diversity of employment opportunities in these new fields.
Finally, Morocco is establishing itself as a strategic Nearshore hub thanks to its many advantages such as its geographical proximity, its cultural & linguistic diversity, its infrastructure, and its pool of qualified talent.
These combined factors make us confident in the continuation of a moderate but sustained growth dynamic in employment in Morocco in 2026 -2027.
- What skills are you looking for the most, and which are the most difficult to find or attract?
The skills we are looking for at DXC in Morocco, a Joint Venture with CDG, remain centered around strategic technologies and digital transformation challenges. These are mainly skills related
- To software development and engineering (full-stack, Java, .NET, Python, Angular/React).
- To cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- To cybersecurity.
- To data and artificial intelligence (data engineering).
- To agile methodologies and advanced DevOps.
The most difficult talents to find are those who combine cutting-edge technical expertise, multilingual proficiency depending on the nature of the projects, proven professional maturity, and the ability to interact effectively at the standards and levels of demand of local and international clients.
DXC in Morocco, a Joint Venture with CDG, also recruits more junior profiles either after their PFE internship or through JobInTech (JIT) programs. Indeed, the national JIT program, supported by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform (MTNRA), in partnership with the CDG Group and operated by Maroc Numeric Cluster (MNC), provides talents retrained for tech jobs who are job-ready, as they have undergone training adapted to the needs of companies that co-build, with the operators, intensive 4 to 6-month training programs. In this context, DXC in Morocco, a Joint Venture with CDG, has contributed to the professional integration of several dozen young talents into the job market.
To seize these opportunities, think about updating your ReKrute profile, completing your experiences/skills, and then applying as soon as offers matching your profile are published.
