First, it's essential to clearly distinguish actions focused externally (candidates) from those carried out internally (employees). Another key point is to offer a clear, smooth, and transparent recruitment process, so that the candidate experience lives up to our employer promise.
Internally, it's mainly about listening. The group also conducts an annual employee survey, which helps us understand how employees feel and adapt our actions accordingly.
