EFE-Tunisia, guaranteed job placement for graduates.

The "Education For Employment" Foundation in Tunisia, in partnership with three major companies: Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), UBCI, and Vistaprint, recently held a graduation ceremony in Tunis. Fifty-seven Tunisian graduates who had received training in recent months for direct professional placement received their certificates.
Several business leaders, representatives from various institutions and partner organizations were invited to the ceremony. The event was notably enhanced by the presence of Ron Bruder, Founder and Chairman of the international "Education For Employment" Foundation; Stephen Ebelli, Director of the MEPI Regional Office; and Saïd Aïdi, President of EFE-Tunisia.
Radwen Tekaya, General Manager, Vistaprint Tunisia; Ghassan Ouaijan, Vice President of HR, Operations and Employment, Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC); and Elyes Ouardi, Human Resources Director at UBCI, also attended the ceremony as representatives of the partner companies.
The 58 graduates, from all over Tunisia and with diverse profiles and diplomas, will have the opportunity to join the three partner companies following the training: Consolidated Contractors Company (13 engineers), UBCI (10 employees), and Vistaprint (35 employees).
"Education For Employment" is an international non-profit NGO represented in Tunisia by EFE-Tunisia. It creates practical training models in collaboration with employers and educational institutions to produce job-ready graduates. Graduates are employed in EFE programs through partnerships with companies. EFE is a pioneer in market-driven training for better job placement.
The "Workplace Success" and "Sales Force" programs are among the most sought-after programs today. Launched by EFE-Tunisia since 2012, according to international standards, they have combined professional qualifications and company requirements.
