Jobs: The sectors with the most recruitment
After the disruptions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, businesses were able to regain some stability and confidence, leading to a resumption of recruitment, before a significant drop was recorded in the second half of 2023. It was only from November that the trend returned to that of 2022.
To understand the fluctuations in the job market and their impact on companies' employment demand, reKrute conducts a detailed study every year to understand these trends.
The latest barometer has taken stock of the year 2023 and was recently published. "The trend doesn't change much from year to year. The Top 5 of the most sought-after functions on the market remains almost unchanged: IT, sales and finance still dominate," specifies Alexandra Montant, Deputy Managing Director of Rekrute.
