Survey: Managers' Morale

The economic situation, business climate, work environment... are all factors that directly or indirectly impact managers' morale. To measure the reality of the situation, ReKrute conducted its 11th survey in the form of a barometer with more than 120 managers.

We were able to identify the following main trends:
  • 48% of managers feel a strong sense of belonging to their company
  • Managers give their salary a rating of 6/10
  • 62% of Moroccan companies do not take measures to improve the well-being of managers at work
  • Managers are not in top shape: 55% of them suffer from stress and fatigue
