An interview is a professional interaction between consenting adults whose purpose is the exchange of constructive points of view to explore the convergence of ideas in the same direction. With maturity, each participant, confident in their offer and attentive to the demand, pragmatically and transparently considers the suitability of a position and a person for the benefit of all.
