Are you more likely to get sweaty palms or a queasy stomach? As a job interview approaches, stress levels are guaranteed to peak. Not only is the financial stake important, but it's often an occasion for an unpleasant self-examination.

What are my strengths and weaknesses? What have I succeeded at, and what lessons have I learned from my failures? Do I have ambition, and what am I willing to sacrifice for it? These are all questions well-suited to bar conversations after a few beers, but they become very uncomfortable when facing a sharply dressed executive in a corporate office.

Don't panic! It could be much worse. Some recruiters are now venturing off the beaten path with more... unexpected questions.
