Doing HR marketing to attract the best talents is a good thing, especially if we gain more visibility for our employer brand along the way. We must not ignore a key element for the sustainability of this process: ensuring we always have an attractive value proposition for employees, aligned with our values, market expectations, and vice versa, as it is the foundation of our communication and HR marketing.

We work in a service industry (hospitality, well-being, and entertainment). We naturally fulfill promises at different stages of the customer journey. It's a mirror effect; on the other side, there is the employee experience and journey. We must fulfill the promises made through internal/external communication and the employer brand.

The candidate experience includes all the interactions a candidate may have before joining.

If we have an attractive employer brand, we attract the right candidate, and if we attract the right candidate, we recruit them, then onboard them, guide them, train them, develop them... we pay attention to their well-being.
