1. What are the foundations of your company values?

At IKEA, our values are more than principles: they define how we are, how we work and how we build our future together.

2. How do your teams embody the vision and values on a daily basis?

Our teams don't just recite the IKEA values — they live them.

They translate into a smile towards a customer, a gesture of mutual help between colleagues, or an idea shared freely, without fear of being judged.

We evolve in a culture that values autonomy, trust and the right to learn, even through mistakes.

Each employee has a role to play in achieving our vision. Everyone is encouraged to suggest, take initiatives, dare — regardless of their position.

3. How important is diversity and inclusion in your company?

For us, diversity is not a subject related to the Human Resources department — it is an obvious human richness.
