This is the belief held by Leila Fettanisse, HR Manager at Maroc Climate and Security (MCS), for whom the role of a "good employer" is above all a responsibility that is lived and proven every day.

At MCS, we have chosen to move from intention to action, by implementing concrete methods focused on support, recognition, and human connection. We support our talents with our internal promotion policy, and today, the vast majority of our middle management comes from internal growth. It's a real challenge, "a demanding challenge," because it involves rapid skill development, close support, and continuous reinforcement in training and field coaching. But we believe in it deeply, and the results prove it. Recognition is also part of our HR DNA. Valuing efforts, highlighting successes, creating a climate where everyone feels useful and supported: this is a powerful lever for loyalty and engagement.
To measure the real impact of our actions, we conduct satisfaction surveys to gather sincere feedback.
