  • A top 3 dominated by banks.

  • Aerospace remains strong despite the Covid-19 crisis.

  • Hundreds of millions of queries analyzed to produce the third edition of the Top 25 Recruiters 2021 ranking.

For 16 years, ReKrute has been innovating to better support Moroccan companies, and HR departments in particular, in their digital transformation and to open up new career opportunities for Moroccans.

It is with this in mind that this year we are publishing the third edition of the ranking of the 25 most attractive companies in Morocco: Top 25 Recruiters 2021. An essential event for recruiters, to understand candidates' perception of their brands and improve their e-reputation, and for candidates, to better guide their job search and seize opportunities.

"Since its creation, ReKrute has worked to bring transparency to the market, but also to reward companies that implement real loyalty and attractiveness strategies for their future employees. Thanks to this ranking, candidates looking for new career opportunities can therefore better guide their choices each year.", declares Philippe Montant, CEO of ReKrute.

A top 3 dominated by banks

At the top of the ranking, AttijariWafa Bank maintains its position as number 1, with a score of 81%, followed by Bank Of Africa, with a score of 71%. This year, BMCI Groupe PNB Paribas joins the top 3 with a score of 60%.

Call centers, aerospace, and the steel industry make remarkable entries into the ranking

Among the winners of this edition, we find call centers making a remarkable entry into the ReKrute ranking, including Majorel and Sitel Group. We also note the new presence of some big names: McDonald's Morocco, Alten Morocco, Eqdom, and Unifitel. This year is also marked by the arrival of the aeronautical manufacturer Safran Nacelles and the steel giant, Riva Industries, in the ranking.

Significant advances in terms of attractiveness

Others have made great efforts to defend their employer brand and climb the ranks by gaining several places. We note, in descending order, Coficab, which has recorded a considerable progress of 10 points compared to last year, Lydec and Suez, Manpower, Air Arabia, Deloitte, Groupe Lable'Vie, BMCI Groupe PNB Paribas and Stellantis.

Furthermore, Attijariwafa Bank, the star of the ranking, Bank of Africa, and APM Terminals have remained faithful to their position compared to the previous year.

The most attractive sectors in 2021

Also, the banking and automotive sectors dominate the ranking with confirmed attractiveness for the third consecutive time.

Furthermore, it seems that the call center sector has experienced a real reboot, supported by the beginning of the end of the health crisis in 2021. The aerospace sector, meanwhile, maintains its presence among the most attractive sectors, despite the instability that marked it throughout the year. Also, in the top 5 of the most attractive sectors, is the IT sector. With the increased digitalization affecting all areas since the beginning of the pandemic, we will not be surprised if one day this sector positions itself even further at the top of the ranking.

  • 20% of the score is attributed to the number of followers of the company.
  • 7.5% of the score is attributed to the average number of likes on job offers.
  • 7.5% of the score is attributed to the average number of visitors on job offers.
  • 5% of the score is attributed to obtaining the HappyAtWork label in the year, which rewards companies where employees are "happy".

IMPORTANT: The ReKrute ranking of the best employers of the year was carried out based on the analysis of hundreds of millions of data recorded during Internet user visits to job offers available on the ReKrute.com website in 2021. "Top Recruiters" therefore does not include companies that did not publish job offers there, or that only published anonymous job offers, or that only used the CV database for their recruitment.
