Women leaders represent only 7% of all corporate leadership. The study whose figures were revealed was the subject of a colloquium organized the same day in Rabat by the Ministry of General Affairs and Governance and the Moroccan Institute of Directors (IMA) in partnership with UN Women.
Another finding of the study: more than half of private and public companies have no women in their leadership positions.
