Fes-Shore, located on the ring road leading to the city's international airport, is a future integrated park designed to create new economic potentials and foster sustainable national growth.
As part of the Emergence program, the Fes-Shore project is a collaboration between the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and New Technologies, the Fes-Boulemane regional prefecture, the Fes Regional Investment Center (CRI), and MEDZ, a subsidiary of CDG Development.
This initiative aims to strengthen Morocco's position in the knowledge industry sector, in line with Royal directives, to transform the Moroccan economy into an emerging one, integrated into the global economy, knowledge-based, leveraging globalization's opportunities, and capable of attracting high-value-added activities.
The project includes 131,000 square meters of office and service space, catering to large multinational companies and specialized Moroccan firms.
+DESIGNED AS A BUSINESS CAMPUS+ The future park, offering a unique work environment within a rapidly developing tertiary sector, is designed as a business campus, providing work, living, and leisure spaces. The 131,000 square meters of offices and services are interspersed with green spaces, pedestrian esplanades, and wide tree-lined avenues.
A true city where quality of life is a priority, this technological development offers various amenities for its clients, including parking, buildings with a maximum height of 18 meters, modular office spaces ranging from 200 to 3,000 square meters, a sports center, shops, and leisure facilities.
Thanks to its prime geographic location, this project offers resident companies numerous recruitment possibilities within a rich human resources pool, given its proximity to several universities (including those in Ifrane and Meknes), a large number of young graduates trained in offshoring professions, and a regional ICT and offshoring development program.
It aims to develop an integrated space dedicated to IT services, data processing, and business processes; to act as a driving force for economic and technological development in the region; and to serve as a regional hub generating synergy between Morocco's strengths and those of sector operators.
It will also facilitate access to new expertise, develop new high-value-added professions, and showcase the innovative potential of the Fes-Meknes region by developing an area dedicated to boosting economic growth.
A private and secure park, Fes-Shore offers ready-to-use office spaces, a Carrier Grade fiber optic telecoms loop (fully IP network, park-specific SLA), and high-performing support services, including a business center, a single administrative window, recruitment support, and a sports center.
+ FES-SHORE SERVICES + Fes-Shore offers resident companies a range of tax incentives and subsidies, as well as internationally competitive costs.
Companies in the Fes-Shore Park will benefit from an effective income tax (IR) rate of 20%, telecoms costs up to 30% lower than current prices, and training aid of up to nearly 5,800 euros.
Regarding corporate tax (IS), exporting companies are exempt for the first five years of operation and will only pay half the IS thereafter.
This significant project joins other technological initiatives launched by Morocco in a global context marked by profound technological, economic, and social changes.
Thus, under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Morocco has undertaken actions and reforms to meet the challenges of harmonious national development and the aspirations of its population. Furthermore, such a project in the Fes region will not only act as a driving force for economic and technological development but also serve as a regional hub generating synergy between business, research, training, and innovation.
Moreover, the Fes-Shore site will provide an ideal environment for technology transfer and the creation of high-tech companies. Observers consider it a large, ambitious project aimed at fostering the growth of innovative companies by promoting research activities through incubators and business spin-offs, actively participating in regional economic development, and promoting the transfer of expertise and know-how.
