The 15th edition of the Mundiapolis University Job Fair was recently held on the Casa Anfa campus, once again confirming its role as an essential meeting place between students, young graduates, and companies.
Under the theme "Connecting Talents and AI for Tomorrow's Opportunities", this edition highlighted the profound transformations of the job market in the age of artificial intelligence.

Throughout the day, participants attended conferences, round tables, and direct exchanges with recruiters, focusing on a central question:
How to prepare today for the jobs of tomorrow?

AI, soft skills, and new jobs: what recruiters are looking for

Among the event's highlights, a round table titled
"Between AI and soft skills, how HR is redefining tomorrow's jobs"
addressed a key issue for candidates: the balance between technical skills and human skills.

The speakers – HR experts, executives, and recruitment professionals – emphasized that while AI is transforming jobs, soft skills remain a decisive criterion: adaptability, critical thinking, communication, and the ability to learn and evolve in constantly changing environments.

Job Dating: concrete opportunities for students

The event also featured the 7th edition of Job Dating, a highly anticipated moment for students.
30 pre-selected candidates had the opportunity to present their background, skills, and professional ambitions to a panel of recruiters and HR managers.

Objective:

  • secure an internship,

  • a first professional experience,

  • or initiate future recruitment.

For many participants, this exercise helped them gain confidence, receive concrete feedback on their profile, and better understand market expectations.
