Meeting between Businesses and Students of ENCG Settat on the theme:
"Human Resources Marketing, a development lever at the service of managers"
The National School of Commerce and Management of Settat is organizing, on April 13 and 14, 2011, the 12th edition of the "Business-Student Meeting", for the benefit of the first Bac +5 class. This year, the chosen theme is: HR marketing "A new lever at the service of managers, to satisfy internal and external clients and promote the employer brand." The conference, which begins on April 13 at 9 a.m., aims to be a platform for exchange and debate on a crucial topic in marketing and human resources.
What is the company's positioning as an employer? What competitive advantages does its offer consist of? What can HR do to establish a true "Employer Brand" that can attract talent, provide them with an identity, integrate them and build loyalty? How to manage the new Generation B and adapt to the flood of social networks and establish the 2.0 company?
In this perspective, CEOs, Human Resources Directors, Marketing Directors, Communication Directors, experts, academics, human resources practitioners and students will meet at the ENCG Settat to share their respective experiences and present the most recent theories and practices around this theme.
This event, organized by the students, aims to publicize their university curriculum, place students in the employment context and ensure the integration of future graduates into the job market.
