Horizons Morocco Forum – 15th Edition (2010)

The Horizons Morocco Forum has become, over the years and thanks to its success, the annual meeting where Moroccans from France and elsewhere meet the biggest and most prestigious Moroccan companies. Each year, the Forum has more than 3500 participants and more than thirty companies, establishing itself as the largest Moroccan recruitment fair with high international potential.

The primary objective of the Horizons Morocco Forum is to create a platform for exchange, meetings, and discussions on the main axes of Morocco's development. This is in line with the wish of the Association of Moroccans in Grandes Ecoles and Universities (AMGE-caravane), organizer of the event, to facilitate the return of Moroccan skills to Morocco.

In this regard, the 15th edition of the Horizons Morocco Forum will take place on November 21, 2010, at the prestigious Palais de la Bourse, in the heart of Paris, between Place de la Concorde and the Louvre Museum. This year, the Horizons Morocco Forum aims to be functional and pragmatic, with the main objective of working towards a better match between the offer of exhibitors and the demand of Moroccan students and young graduates looking for internships or jobs in Morocco. To do this, efforts have been focused on upstream communication on the expectations of both visitors and exhibitors at the Forum, but also on diversifying the panel of companies and sectors of activity represented. A number of SMEs and companies working in niche industries will join the large Moroccan groups and subsidiaries of multinationals that have, year after year, forged the reputation and prestige of the Forum.

To enrich the event, several presentations will be organized by companies or institutional representatives to present their career and collaboration opportunities in Morocco. The day will conclude with a closing conference that aims to question the state of the Moroccan socio-economic situation, in light of the contrasting, even sometimes contradictory, observations between public and media opinion, the performance recorded by Morocco in international and regional rankings, and the harsh criticisms of some experts regarding the viability of the Moroccan economic strategy in the medium and long term.

This event is intended for students, young graduates, and more experienced profiles interested in sectors of activity as diverse as they are promising, ranging from industry to finance, including services, consulting, and new technologies.

Among the exhibitors who have already confirmed their presence are the Moroccan Agency for the Development of Investments, Accenture, Attijariwafa Bank, Bank al Maghrib, BMCE, BMCI, Casablanca Stock Exchange, Capital Consulting, CDG, Cegelec, CFG Group, CIH, Club France Maroc, Colas du Maroc, CVA, EGE Rabat, Ernst & Young, Eumatech, Greendizer, Lafarge, Maroc Telecom, McKinsey & Cie, Monitor, NABC, Nestlé, ONA, OCP Group, Procter & Gamble, Roland Berger, ReKrute.com, Société Générale, TGCC, Total.
