Idays Forum 2012: Rekrute.com promises a friendlier environment.

A more powerful platform, more transparency and accessibility, and a showroom space for companies are the main new features of Idays 2012. 95,000 visitors, 38,000 CVs, and 262,000 chat exchanges between recruiters and visitors were recorded during the first edition.
Rekrute.com is organizing the second edition of Idays, from October 30 to November 1, 2012.
Like "classic" concepts, this interactive job forum allows visitors to find market structures and meet their HR needs, but entirely online, in a 3D environment. Idays allows HR managers to reach all possible candidates at once, regardless of their place of residence, 24/7. "Easy to access, it allows recruiters to present their company in an innovative way: videos, photos, interactive brochures, but also job offers, HR policy, HR chats, e-conferences...", explains Alexandra Montant, CEO of the portal. This meeting framework has been used by many service providers in Europe since the early 2000s.
Ability for the company to archive all CVs
For this second edition, Rekrute.com is introducing several new features. This includes a more powerful platform, capable of accommodating more visitors, and allowing more interactive exchanges between visitors and exhibitors thanks to even more ergonomic navigation and an environment even closer to reality.
The exchange space will be adapted to large volumes of chats. Recruiters will therefore be able to control the volume of exchanges and switch to moderated mode with the visitors of their choice at any time.
They will also be able to simply select the candidates with the desired profile and invite them to a individual job interview if needed.
In addition, each recruiter will have one-click access to the visitor's CV before even having to exchange with them. All visitor CVs can be archived and exported to files, creating a complete pool of good profiles.
This forum, also designed as a communication vector, offers companies the possibility of highlighting their image by opting for a personalized environment (colors, code...).
For the first edition, Rekrute.com, which has 350,000 members, attracted 21 companies, 95,000 visitors including 20% Moroccans from abroad, qualified profiles (75% had a Bac+3 and above) and of all levels (including 24% with 3 to 5 years of experience, 16% with 5 to 10 years and 10% with more than 10 years), 38,000 CVs in 3 days and 262,000 chat exchanges between recruiters and visitors looking for new career opportunities.
