What mechanisms have you put in place to guarantee equity in salary increases within your teams?
At Genius Services, the evaluation process takes place in two annual campaigns. A simple and locked-down approach:
Structured Performance Evaluation:
The performance evaluation system is based on objective and transparent criteria. Each employee is evaluated according to key performance indicators (KPIs) defined in advance, the required seniority, and soft skills, guaranteeing a fair and impartial evaluation.
Transparency and Communication:
Our policy is transparent; our HR and management teams communicate clearly about the criteria and processes related to salary increases. All teams are informed of the salary review mechanisms and the performance expectations necessary for an increase.
Salary Review Committee:
An independent salary review committee, composed of members of management and HR, meets annually to review salary increase proposals. This guarantees a collegial and equitable validation of the decisions made.
How do you assess the competitiveness of the salaries offered by your company compared to the current market?
Our professions require pure technical skills; we are constantly in search of talent. Our salary policy first aims to value competence and the positioning of our employees.
Before establishing ourselves in Morocco, we conducted studies to understand market salary levels.
