Priorities After Hiring: Results of Our Survey

When you join a new company, the first few months are crucial for building the foundation of a successful career. We wanted to better understand your priorities during this important phase, and to do so, we recently conducted a survey to find out what matters most to you once you are hired.
The results are clear. 60% of you highlighted the importance of integration and onboarding. This shows how crucial a structured start is. Successful integration allows you to adapt quickly, better understand the company's expectations, and feel comfortable in your new environment.
In second position, 16% of you consider that the quality of relationships with colleagues and management is essential. A good dynamic within the team, harmonious relationships with your superiors and colleagues are elements that directly contribute to your satisfaction and productivity.
For 14% of participants, the career plan and objectives are a priority from the first months. You want a clear vision of your future within the company, well-defined objectives that motivate you and guide you in your efforts.
Finally, 10% of you emphasize the flexibility of working hours and location, a criterion that has gained importance, particularly in the current context. Even if it comes last, it remains an important aspect for some of you.
This survey confirms that to succeed in your integration into a new company, you expect above all well-structured onboarding and strong human relationships with your team. These elements are essential for building the foundation of a fulfilling career. Companies have every interest in paying particular attention to these aspects in order to guarantee a good start for their new recruits.
