Committed alongside local businesses in their battle for competitiveness and sustainable development, AGEF Chamal, created in 1994, plans to organize the first edition of the International Human Resources Forum on July 1st and 2nd, 2011. This year, it will be dedicated to the issue of skills within the framework of the industrial emergence strategy. The forum will mainly focus on discussing issues of recruitment, training, retention, and employability.
This forum, labeled "HR Day's 2011", will take the form of conferences, debates, round tables, and a space dedicated to recruitment stands. The main goal of this first edition of the forum is to allow the various actors in the skills sector (companies, placement agencies, universities, training schools) to create a space for exchange for better HR visibility in the medium and long term.
