AI, Recruitment, and HR Decisions: Expert Views

Artificial intelligence is deeply changing recruitment practices and how companies view talent. These changes were recently highlighted in the media during a presentation on new recruitment approaches in the age of data and AI.

On this occasion, TV Eco News spoke with Philippe Montant, CEO of ReKrute, as well as Lamiaa Lahiaoui, Senior VP HR at DXC Technology. Two complementary views to decode the current challenges of recruitment and the expectations of companies in a rapidly changing market.

At the heart of the discussions: the rise of artificial intelligence in HR processes, the need to better understand profiles beyond traditional resumes, and the importance of tools that can help recruiters make decisions. AI is thus seen as a strategic tool, not to replace human expertise, but to enhance it and make it more relevant.

These talks also highlighted a key challenge for organizations: successfully balancing performance, requirements, and candidate experience, in a context where the volume of applications is increasing and profiles are becoming more diverse. This transformation calls for rethinking methods, tools, and the very approach of recruitment professionals.
