We want to thank you and congratulate you for participating with us in our first Virtual Employment Fair!
"Fully satisfied": this is how Alexandra Montant, our Deputy Managing Director, describes the feeling of her clients - and ours - at the end of the 1st virtual employment fair in Morocco on November 1, 2, and 3: the iDAYS.
Our Virtual Fair brought together 95,540 visitors in just 3 days!
21 companies, representing different market segments: Akwa Group, Axa Services, BMCE Bank, Cap Gemini, Dell, Intelcia Group, Lafarge, OCP, Renault, Siemens, Société Générale, Wafa Assurance, Webhelp, APM Terminals, Lydec, Total, Atos, Crouzet, Crit, CV Search and Licorne, partnered with this edition, with the aim of meeting profiles perfectly matching the positions to be filled and thus recruiting effectively.
No fewer than 38,451 qualified CVs were received during the event and more than 262,000 chat exchanges were recorded: enough to meet the significant needs in recruitment of companies.
Many of you, from all experience levels, connected from all over the world.
Indeed, 41% with less than 1 year of experience, 20% with 1 to 3 years, 29% with 3 to 10 years and 10% with more than 10 years of experience, from all over the world (mainly Morocco but also France, Great Britain, Canada, Spain or the United States) showed their strong enthusiasm for this revolutionary new recruitment solution!
"We have indeed broken all world records in terms of interactivity according to our service providers. Following our satisfaction survey, 97% of the companies that participated are satisfied with the profiles met at the fair and 73% are ready to repeat the experience next year. As for the visitors to the fair, 98% are eagerly awaiting the next edition!" confirms Alexandra Montant.
Following the success of this 1st edition, we plan to repeat the initiative in 2012 to meet the growing demand from recruiters for this type of innovative HR solution.
