I have an atypical career path
I have worked in several sectors (e.g., sales, management control, legal, etc.); therefore, I have a rather atypical career path that lacks a bit of coherence. How can I position myself in the job market? What label should I highlight?
If your career is slightly chaotic to position yourself on the job market, you must list the skills and qualities common to all the positions you have held and highlight them on your resume. Recruiters are quite meticulous about the coherence of a professional career path. The most important thing during the interview is to be able to explain and justify your professional choices, highlighting risk-taking, a taste for challenges, and the different know-how and soft skills that these experiences have allowed you to consolidate.
