You are actively looking for a job, you apply for all the offers that may suit you, unfortunately your applications do not lead to any interview.
It is sometimes easy to identify the problem (CV not updated, unsuitable cover letter) but often the reasons for not being called are more difficult to identify and it is appropriate at that time, if the problem persists, to make a diagnosis in order to establish the true nature of the problem.
Review your CV and your cover letter :
Your CV and cover letter are well written, there are no spelling mistakes, however, take the time to reread and have your documents reread by a third party, it sometimes happens that you let a few small mistakes slip through that can sometimes prove fatal.
Take care of the layout and presentation :
Your CV does not present any mistakes, but is that enough? Your CV must be selling, concise and sober. Detail your professional experiences by highlighting your successes both at the operational level and your personal skills such as your versatility, your reactivity…
Your cover letter must also be selling and above all adapted to each position you apply for. It is important that the recruiter sees that you have taken the time and trouble to carefully prepare your letter, this shows your motivation for the position.
Apply for jobs that suit you:
There is no point in applying for jobs that are not calibrated for you, take the time to read the job offer carefully before applying because if you apply for everything, without taking the time to see if you really meet the criteria of the position, you are wasting time stupidly! Don't ask yourself the question afterwards: But why am I never called back?!
Be diligent and persevering, it will eventually pay off.
Multiply your job search channels:
It is important to multiply your sources of offers! Don't stop at just one job portal or one recruitment agency! Attend forums, leave your CV, register on different portals, because even if you were the ideal candidate, tell yourself that there are at least fifty in the same case as you, then it can come down to a detail. So it's up to you to multiply your channels for supplying offers.
Follow up with recruiters:
Don't hesitate to follow up on all your applications, it proves your motivation.
And tell yourself that if after all this, you are still not called, it's simply that your chance has not yet presented itself and above all, that it does not necessarily come from you. Sometimes recruitments are put on hold, sometimes recruitments are finally done internally…
