"Give your opinion on your company and see what other employees think" is the concept of the new website: www.Khedma.tn, which allows users to rate Tunisian companies.
Today, the trend among company managers is to evaluate employees, so why not reverse the trend and allow employees to evaluate their own companies?
Based on this observation, Khedma.tn gives users the opportunity to share their experiences in companies by rating them (anonymously if they wish) based on several criteria: Salary level, benefits, career prospects, premises, colleagues, company management and general work atmosphere.
After the evaluation, each company receives an average score out of 10, to which the user can add a general comment. Khedma.tn aims to become a complement to job search websites to help future job seekers optimize their career choices, not based on traditional company communication channels, but on information experienced from within.
