A sensitive subject, often questioned; the confidentiality of information on your profile.
Because we are concerned about the confidentiality of information transmitted by our members to recruiters, and aware of the importance of respecting this data for you, you will find below our commitment on this sensitive subject, as well as some tips to succeed in your search with peace of mind.
ExeKutive Profile Confidentiality
There is no CV database on ExeKutive, so no recruiter can access your data, or even know that you are registered on our pages. If you apply for a job posting, your CV will be directly transmitted to the recruiter confidentially or not, according to your choice when sending your application.
You have two levels of confidentiality for your ExeKutive profile when you create it:
- Your identity first: if you decide to apply confidentially, the system first hides your name, first name, photo and address, as well as all the blocks you have chosen to hide from the recruiter (such as your career summary for example). To do this, simply check the "Confidential Mode" box after "applying", just when validating the final transfer of your file.
- Your profile more globally: you can make confidential in addition to your identity certain blocks of your CV as explained above. Simply check the box "This information must be hidden if my profile is sent confidentially" for each block of your profile.
You thus perfectly and simply control your level of confidentiality.
Confidentiality of exchanges within ExeKutive.biz
To learn more about a career opportunity, and even before deciding to transfer your file, you can confidentially ask questions to our ExeKutive.biz consultants, or directly to the recruiter. The question system indeed hides your identity until you decide to reveal it.
Be careful, however!
- Your profile title: Make sure that the title does not contain any information about your identity. Indeed, it does not automatically become confidential if you wish to apply anonymously. It is best to put your position, last sector and number of years of experience.
- The attachment: The attached file, whether it is your CV, cover letter or other, is not referenced on the system. We cannot therefore act on these elements attached by you and make them confidential when you apply anonymously. Therefore, never insert your name as the title of your document, and remember to put your CV confidential by default. No risk for you…
Our consultants are always available by phone or email to answer your questions and guide you in this regard. Do not hesitate to contact us.
I can only wish you a peaceful and efficient search.
