Culture: How Important is it in a Globalized Company?

These days are part of a series of events that the National School of Commerce and Management Casablanca has been organizing since its creation in the heart of the Ain Sebaa industrial district. The perseverance and combined efforts of its stakeholders bear witness to this. The theme chosen for this 1st edition is:

"How important is culture within a globalized company?"

In an age of advanced globalization, culture has become a significant component in the business world. For this reason, our first edition will touch on a part of this culture; it concerns marketing and human resources management. We have called upon high-caliber marketers and human resources directors to discuss this and allow students to benefit from their experience and expertise.

The guest of honor for this 1st edition is Moroccan tourism and its 2020 vision as conceived by the Minister of Tourism, Mr. Yassir ZENAGUI. Our goal will be to introduce future managers to the tourism sector.

The themes of this edition will be addressed as follows:

A conference on: "Culture as an asset in promoting Moroccan tourism products"

Two round tables on:

Interculturality and People Management.
Culture: a cornerstone in today's marketing.

These days will be led by professionals competent in their sectors and eminent professor-researchers. In parallel, there will be entertainment throughout the two days, a traditional parade and a craft exhibition.
