Human Resource Management in Morocco: Challenges and Perspectives

As part of its monthly conference cycle, Toulouse Business School Casablanca invites you to its sixth thematic conference on: "Human Resource Management in Morocco: Challenges and Perspectives"
Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 6:30 PM at the CFCIM Campus in Ain Sebaa

This conference will address the concerns of students, future graduates of business schools, engineering schools and Moroccan or international universities. It will also meet the expectations of professionals, whatever their sector of activity or seniority, in the face of the current work climate, recovery, and HR dynamics in our country.

It will discuss recruitment, training, career management, salaries, mobility, employment contracts, model transformation, restructuring, social partners, affiliated organizations, and finally software to optimize the management of several parameters for greater company performance.

Also faced with the growing challenges of health and safety at work, monitoring quality indicators, and increasingly important CSR, how do HR managers act, decide, and contribute to building new models?

To host this round table, the following will be present:
• Ahmed ASSALIH: CEO of Advyteam
• Khalid El MANSOURI: HR Director of Sothema
• Ali SERHANI: CEO of Gesper Services (executive recruitment)
This conference will be moderated by Meryem Lahlou: Marketing & Strategy Consultant at Compétence Plus.
A cocktail will be organized at the end of the conference.
To register, simply confirm your participation by filling out the registration form on www.tbs-education.ma (note, places are limited).

About TBS Casablanca programs on the CFCIM Campus:

Since 2005, the Toulouse School of Management (Toulouse Business School), 10th in the French ranking of management schools and ranked in the Top 30 worldwide of the best masters in management by the Financial Times, in partnership with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Morocco (CFCIM), offers several high-level training courses in Casablanca ranging from Bachelor (Bac+3) to Tri Executive MBA (Bac+6), not to mention Specialized Masters and Masters in Science (Bac+5).

These training courses, carried out jointly by our teaching teams, are sanctioned by a French diploma awarded by TBS and accredited by the French Conference of Grandes Écoles. In addition, TBS benefits from three prestigious international accreditations: EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB, which guarantee the quality and recognition of its diplomas worldwide.

In 2014, the school changed its identity and became Toulouse Business School Casablanca. It opened a new course: DMO (Bac+3) authorized by the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Executive Training.
