THE GRADUATES' BUSINESS FORUM RETURNS TO ENCG SETTAT FOR ITS 22ND EDITION

"What management in the new VUCA normality? Volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity"

The National School of Commerce and Management of SETTAT is a school that has become inseparable from its title of center of excellence based on knowledge and soft skills. For 29 years, the teaching and administrative staff has never stopped developing the major elements for a prestigious school life, including an extracurricular life rich in more than 16 clubs and associations with different vocations. In addition, it represents an opening to the world thanks to its large network of partnerships which includes more than ten of the best-rated establishments in Europe, North America and Asia after obtaining the TOEIC, a certification awarded and ensured by the school, which allows its students to hold a double diploma through mobility and benefit from exchanges, discover other cultures, increase their skills and acquire an international profile. ENCG Settat brilliantly succeeded in the certification audit for the implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 version 2015 standards. It was thus able to maintain an insertion rate of around 100%, raising the school to the rank of the 200 best establishments in its category.

Involvement, dynamism, competence and responsibility are the values that the ENCG of Settat instills in its students during five years of training, contributing to the chance of forging a profile that meets the demands of the national and international market.

As in the last 21 editions, the graduates and students of ENCG SETTAT benefit each year from the graduates' business forum, this year thanks to the help of the event's loyal partners and participating companies, as well as the strong communication ensured by the press.

This event allows graduates and students of ENCG Settat to highlight the uniqueness of their profiles to around twenty-five Moroccan companies from various backgrounds.

The objective of the Forum is to connect students and graduates to the socio-economic job market.

  • At the national level, promote the most qualified candidates in business management and commerce to organizations recognized for their human resources policies based on targeted recruitment.
  • Serve as a link between the demand for expertise and knowledge.
  • Promote the employability of young people and be part of a long-term support strategy.
  • Offer new networking opportunities to students/beneficiaries.

On the occasion of the 22nd edition of the Graduates-Companies Forum, our center of excellence will open its doors to CEOs, human resources directors, experts, academics and human resources patrons on March 21, 2023 at the ENCG de Settat to share their respective experiences and reveal the latest theories and practices in the field.
